Range Busters Crash and Dusty rush to help out old friend Luke Graham (Kermit Maynard), a newly elected marshal who has been unable to bring local outlaws to justice (their tracks disappear) and who thus is facing increasing pressure from the town’s citizens, led by newspaperman Dick Ross (John Elliott), who begins to push for a vigilance committee to be headed by Luke’s former rival for marshal, and current rival in love, Jim Dawson (Weldon Heyburn). Will the Range Busters be able to foil the plots of the outlaw leader? Will they be able to help their friend salvage his reputation and his romance? And will Alibi join his pals in fighting the crooks? A middling entry in the series, I’d say.

  Mildly recommended. Otto judiciously thinks this movie is OK, but not great.
