A number of the Bowery Boys pictures revolve around something strange happening to Sach (Huntz Hall), and the amusing Master Minds is no exception. This time, Sach develops the ability to predict the future, and Slip (Leo Gorcey) looks to exploit it by setting him up as a carnival attraction. Yet there’s menace in the air, as a mad scientist (Alan Napier) grabs Sach to switch his brain with that of a monster (Glenn Strange). The experiment is a success, leading to plenty of humor as Sach behaves like a monster and the monster behaves like Sach. Meanwhile, the boys hope to stage a rescue. Truly a fun outing.

  Recommended. Otto finds this one pleasing enough to relax.
